Your feed is gonna be boat-iful with these creators and curators on it

We love boating. We love watching, reading and seeing content about boating. Here are ten of the many accounts we follow on social media that curate and create great content that we always enjoy. Check them out.

@theyachtweek

Essentially, The Yacht Week is a week-long charter service that brings guests on beautiful boats to the dreamiest locations around the world. Going through their feed is an exercise in escapism, and though the partying may be a little extreme, it’s cathartic to dream about setting aside all worries for a week and just… let loose, isn’t it?

@theyachtguy

He’s one of the biggest influencers in the yachting world, but his feed is surprisingly uncomplicated. It’s just good pictures and videos of yachts. That’s all we want on our feed, to be honest.

@sailingworldmag

The official account of Sailing World Magazine, this account showcases some great content that is, of course, related to sailing. It may be a hobby, and it may even be competitive – all we know is that sailing inspires a primal passion in many boaters. Their website also has great reviews and guides on the art of sailing.

@sandervanderborch.photography

Commercial and events photography are the specialities of the Dutch photographer, and his feed is filled with great shots of major sailing events. The pictures are full of drama, and the short snippets under them always tell a good story.

@theyachtchef

The head chef of Arience, Dean Harrison’s Insta feed is filled with personal pictures of his journey, fantastic photos of yachts, and of course, mouth-watering images of his food. He even goes on to explain some of his gastronomic creations in great detail.

@thesuperyachtchef

This Instagram account is mostly community driven. It features chefs on boats from around the world and their creative creations, as well as some of their working environments, which is enlightening, to say the least.

@thecrewchef

Nina Wilson is the woman behind this account, and she is the head chef at Revelry, a 180-foot Amels superyacht. The account has recently evolved into a journal of her travels, but is still filled with mouth-watering pictures of food that comes out of her kitchen.

@superyachtcaptain1

Captain Tristan Mortlock is the face behind this account, and he captains AWOL, a 122-foot San Lorenzo superyacht. His feed is a personal journey of the many places he and AWOL visits, and you can also follow him on YouTube to see more of what goes on behind the scenes of captaining a superyacht.

@jaredwatney

Though the bio says “exposure for yachts”, this account features anything that Jared experiences, and his photos are beautifully edited to create a moody feeling. Most of his content is also original, and will be a great break on your feed from all of the branded content (yes, even ours!) that appears on the feed.

We saved the best for last, of course. Follow us @penmarine to get insights into all things boating related as well.
