Beautify your life with great pictures and interesting stories.

There are many commentaries about the ills of social media, but we believe that, like any other tool, its usage determines its worth. So, don’t bring any more negativity into your life and instead, choose beautiful yachts, interesting stories, and colourful personalities for your Instagram feed. Here are 5 amazing creators we follow that we think are worth the real estate on your feed as well.

Midnight Express Powerboats @midnightexpressboats

Let’s start with something that is, well, a little bit obscene. Midnight Express Powerboats is a shipyard much like any other, with vessels from 30 to 60 feet in the form of day cruisers. However, where they differ is in the simply indecent number of outboard engines they always install to explosively power their vessels. Our feed has many beautiful and artistic content, so scrolling onto one of these powerboats is a highly pleasurable change from the norm for us.

Red Yacht Design @redyachtdesign

This London and Istanbul-based studio is an expert at yacht design and interior architecture. Their projects are often bespoke, and thus are quite rarely seen in media. Regardless, their creations are stunningly beautiful, with some work-in-progress photos now and then that is highly interesting to yacht-geeks like ourselves.

Live To Sail @live_to_sail

The name of the account is a giveaway – Live To Sail is filled with spectacular content that will floor sailing aficionados, and convert those who are indifferent to the discipline. There’s a lot of content here about sport sailing, but there’s also a lot on their page that will satisfy those permanently stricken with wanderlust.

Classic Boats Official @classicboats

This Instagram account is a gorgeous amalgamation of deep glossy wood and shiny chrome on equally gorgeous classic yachts. Riva’s jaw-dropping open cruisers are constant guests here, and rightly so. You’ll definitely add some beauty to your own Instagram feed when you follow this account.

Riley Whitelum & Elayna Carausu @riley.whitelum & @elayna.carausu

Riley and Elayna are parents to two children who have been sailing the world since 2014. The Australian couple post about their adventures regularly on YouTube as well, and my goodness what a life they lead. It’s not just stories about traversing oceans either, as they also make honest content about their accidents and mishaps in their adventures. They are committed to this amazing lifestyle, and have since added two children to their adventures. Go ahead and binge-watch their YouTube videos, we certainly did.
